We have bench flow tested and ultrasonically cleaned thousands of fuel injectors for automotive engines on Jaguars,  Porsche, Chevrolet, Ford, VW, BMW, Chrysler, and many foreign make engines. Started testing in 2004 and the year 2024 marks 20 years of injector testing experience.

We began testing cycle and outboard marine petrol injectors in 2012 and have the adapters required to mount many of those injectors to our  ASNU flow test bench.   The testing and cleaning process is the same for motorcycles and marine inboard and outboard injectors as it is for any automotive engine.

We can now flow test. clean, and service injectors for the following cycles.....  
 Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Harley, Buell and Ducati.  If not listed, send us an e-mail on your bike.      

We also flow test, clean and service many makes of marine inboard and marine outboard motors.
Suzuki, Honda, Mercury, Yamaha, Evinrude, Penta, Waverunners, Jetskis.  If not listed...send us an e-mail with your engine details.  We will check it out.

On either piece of equipment, I need the year, make, model, engine size...and if you have them out...the injector number found on the side of the injector.

Flow testing your injectors on a purpose build flow machine gives you definitive results on the performance of your injectors.  There is no guessing if your injectors are flowing correctly.  We actually measure the flow output of each individual injector.  No guessing or seat of the pants speculation as with using pour in the tank cleaners, or engine fuel system flush/clean methods.  

We test flow rates, do a leak test, and inspect injector spray pattern as the injectors are received.  The results of the pretest determine if the injectors are within spec.  If out of spec, we ultrasonically clean the injectors, and then retest flow rates, recheck leak test, and recheck the spray pattern.  We also provide a complete written (or e-mail) report of the test results.  Both pre testing and post ultrasonically cleaning test.  

We stock a wide variety of injector o-ring sizes.  However, we may not have the o-rings available for your specific injector, and you may need to acquire these from your supplier. When you send in your injectors...leave all the seals and o-rings fitted.

Only $22.50 per injector.  Replacing o-rings, seals, and grommets is a bit extra....if necessary.  Return shipping is via USPS Priority mail to any continental US state.  Servicing time one to two days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We highly recommend you e-mail us with complete details on your bike or marine engine prior to sending your injectors.  We need your make, exact model, year, engine size, # of cylinders, and if you have it....the injector part number, and the manufacturer.

We also recommend to mark or label each injector with the specific cylinder from which it was removed.  If you think a specific cylinder is not firing, the pretesting of flows may assist in confirming your diagnosis.
